The main duties and responsibilities are:

As a lab technician:

1. Timely preparation of laboratory equipment and materials for science classes

2. Employing safe practices in the science laboratory

3. Safe storage and disposal of chemicals and biological residues

4. Safe storage of laboratory equipment and materials

5. Preparation of laboratories and resources for practical science lessons and assessments

6. Specialist cleaning of laboratory equipment and laboratory preparation areas

7. Developing a system to enable teachers to easily borrow and return resources

8. Care and maintenance of laboratories, preparatory rooms, storage rooms and resources

9. As a budget coordinator, Sourcing, ordering, cataloging and maintaining inventory of

10. resources, keeping financial records

11. Keeping laboratory equipment and materials check out & in list

At the same time, you will be a library assistant, the main duties and responsibilities are:

1. Assist students individually or in small groups with research, computer-assisted instruction, book selection, and check out, designated assignments, activities, and tasks as assigned.

2. Maintain automated database for the circulation of print and non-print materials.

3. Process books, periodicals, and audiovisual materials.

4. Shelve books, read shelves, and maintain shelf list files.

5. Assist students and staff with location and use of materials and equipment.

6. Assist to order materials and maintain records for payment of invoices.

7. Assist library media specialist in maintaining files, records, and statistical data.

8. Prepare overdue notices, and remind students and staff return books in time.

9. Assist with the repair, covering and mending of library books and materials.

10. Perform such other tasks and assume such other responsibilities as the supervisor may assign.

Requirements:

Have a degree in science and relevant lab experience

Enjoy a professionally stimulating environment

Have good interpersonal skills and work well in teams

Have a good level of spoken English and a willingness to improve this level

Have a cheerful and positive personality

Are committed to creating well , clutter free learning environments
