1.基本情况:

刘宝辉,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,中国科学院百人计划入选者,终期评估优秀;黑龙江省杰出青年基金获得者;广东省植物适应性与分子设计重点实验室主任,中国科学院创新研究员,《国家大豆良种重大科技攻关规划》专家组成员,国家自然科学基金委员会生命学部学科评审组会议评审专家。19877月毕业于东北农业大学农学院,获农学学士学位;20036月毕业于东北农业大学农学院,获农学博士学位。20037月至20088月在日本北海道大学农学院从事博士后研究工作;2008820169月任中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所研究员;20169月至今任广州大学生命科学学院教授、生物学一级学科带头人、生物学博士点负责人,分子遗传与进化创新研究中心主任。

 

2.科研

团队隶属于广州大学高水平大学建设“2+5”平台合成生物学/智能育种/精准诊疗平台。长期致力于作物分子育种的研究工作。先后主持十四五国家重点研发专项揭榜挂帅项目课题、国家转基因重大专项课题、中国科学院战略性先导专项、国家自然科学重点基金等项目。原创性发现豆科植物特有的且主要的光周期调控开花遗传网络。拓展了植物光周期调控开花的遗传调控网络,为大豆长日照敏感性的分子机理研究奠定了理论基础,解决了3-7天内大豆早熟与高产矛盾的科学问题;揭示了大豆结荚习性的分子机理,阐明了大豆结荚习性鉴定的科学问题。研究成果入选了国家自然科学基金委员会的2017年度优秀成果汇编。主要研究结果发表在国际上有很高影响度的主要研究结果发表在Nat GenetNat CommunCurr BiolPNASPlant Biotechnol JNew PhytolPlant PhysiolGeneticsAnn Bot-London上。国内外学术期刊Nature PlantsChinese Bulletin of Botany等对发表在Nature Genetics201749773-779)具有里程碑意义的成果作了专文评述:研究结果为大豆热带地区适应性理论的揭示和应用打开了一扇大门

通过分子育种培育了7个大豆新品种,累积推广面积808万亩,增加经济效益5亿元(其中培育的东生79大豆新品种,两年区域试验和生产示范试验平均脂肪含量24.16%,是黑龙江省1966年以来育成的485个品种含油量最高的品种)。2022年获得教育部自然科学一等奖1项。主笔面向21世纪、十一五国家级规划教材《作物育种学各论》第24章。

主讲本科、研究生课程《遗传学》、《植物分子育种》、《当代遗传学》、《学科前沿讲座》等。2021年获得感动广州最美教师广州大学优秀教师称号。
